From everything we had, these are the ones I highly recommend: hiramasa crudo, hotate aguachile, kinoko nabe ordered with the pork belly, gyumaki, zero sen, geviews toro, and you have to end it with the fried milk and jasmine cream dessert. My suggestion for Uchi is to add more unique items to their menu.
